QMS Implementation and/or Revamp
System revamp projects are conducted using a combination of on-site meetings with client personnel and off-site documentation review and preparation. Once all the key processes and stakeholders have been identified, the process reviews will involve defining the existing practices, and reviewing them for effectiveness, efficiency, compliance to the required standards, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Once these steps have been completed, the final, agreed process will be documented by the process owners, with assistance from IQ Engineering.
