IQ Engineering is a small, professional and competent engineering consultancy which aims to answer this need and provide genuine value to its customers, having been in operation for over 12 years. It maintains a limited and consistent customer base which enables it to provide continuity of service and minimum learning curve for any new projects.
IQ Engineering’s main activities are in the consultancy and training areas, specializing in process improvements, Quality and Environmental Management systems implementation and revamp, and specific training programs. The consultancy provided includes initial system implementation, gap audits, pre-audits, preparation of manuals/procedures, system integration techniques, and process improvements. Based on lessons learned from the application of lean manufacturing principles from the automotive industry, IQ Engineering can advise companies in other industry sectors on how to implement lean techniques in their area.
